Getting startedCreate and save an invoice
Sign in, then open New Invoice from the sidebar. Fill the client, line items, and dates, then save. Open an invoice in the list to download, share, or delete it if it is not paid. Guests can preview on the homepage but drafts are not stored if they leave.

Open the invoice, then Send to email the client or copy the unguessable public link. Clients do not need a Puyer account to view or pay.
AccountSign in without a password
Enter your email on /login. We send a one-time magic link. Open it, then click Continue to Puyer so email scanners do not use the link first.
PaymentsGet paid by card
On Pro or Business, connect your Stripe account in Settings. Payers use Checkout on that account. Puyer does not hold customer funds or take a cut of invoice payments.
BillingUpgrade Puyer Pro or Business
Open Billing to start Stripe Checkout for your Puyer subscription. That is separate from invoice payments on your connected account.
TeamInvite a teammate
Business owners invite members from Team. Invites expire in seven days. Members work on invoices and clients; billing and Stripe stay with the owner.
ReportsExport invoices, clients, and reports
On Invoices, set From and To (issue dates) then Export for a CSV of the filtered list. Clients Export includes contact fields and outstanding totals. Reports Download report uses a date range (defaults to this month) and includes period totals plus every invoice issued in that window.
FAQDo I need an account to create an invoice?
You can design and preview an invoice on the homepage without signing in. To save, download a PDF, share a payment link, or get paid, sign in with an email magic link. Guest drafts are not stored if you leave the page.
FAQWhat's included on Free, Pro, and Business?
Free includes unlimited invoices, PDF export, all three templates, and clients. Pro adds Stripe card payments on your connected account and automatic reminders. Business adds team seats and advanced reports. Yearly pricing is 10× monthly (two months free).
FAQAre the templates free to use?
Yes. Minimal, Professional, and Premium are all on the Free plan. Premium does not add Puyer branding on the invoice.
FAQCan I download a PDF?
Yes. After you sign in, every invoice can be downloaded as A4 or US Letter. On the homepage, Download PDF asks you to sign in first, then you can download.
FAQHow do I sign in? Is there a password?
No password. Enter your email and we send a one-time magic link. Open it on this device to reach your workspace.
FAQHow do invoice card payments work?
On Pro or Business, connect your own Stripe account in Settings. Your customer opens the invoice link and pays you on that account. Puyer is invoicing software: it does not hold your customers' funds.
FAQAre there transaction fees?
Puyer does not charge a fee or percentage on invoice payments. Stripe's processing fees still apply on your connected account (they vary by country and payment method).
FAQDoes my client need a Puyer or Stripe account?
No. They open your unguessable invoice link. To pay by card they use Stripe Checkout as a guest. They do not need a Puyer login.
FAQCan I get paid without Stripe?
Yes. You can show bank transfer details on the invoice (saved only if you consent). Puyer does not confirm bank payments. The Pay button for cards requires Stripe on Pro or Business.
FAQDo you send payment reminders?
Automatic reminders (before due, on the due date, and after) are on Pro and Business. You can also send the invoice email yourself from the app.

Yes, on Business. The workspace owner invites people by email. Members work on invoices and clients; billing and Stripe stay with the owner.
FAQDo you handle VAT or sales tax for me?
You can add a tax percentage on each invoice. Puyer does not file taxes or act as your accountant. You remain responsible for the document and local rules.
FAQCan I send recurring invoices?
Not yet. Create each invoice when you need it. Reminders on Pro help collect payment on invoices you have already sent.
